    What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the fruits and vegetables delivered to me?

    Despite are best efforts if you don't get assured with the quality of our products, we offer immediate return/refund of those products because our goal is a satisfied customer, please read our Terms & Conditions for more information on replacement.


    Will the vegetables be fresh? How do you assure quality?

    Quality is our mandate, we never compromise on quality. Vegetables and fruits are purchased from the farmers on daily basis, after purchase the products are sorte, graded and hygienically packed and then delivered to your home. We do not deliver products from storage. We assure quality of each and every item we deliver.


    I may not be available at home all the time, can you deliver my orders at a time convenient to me?

    Generally we deliver your orders on the same day in around 45 minutes after the order is placed. However incase you are not at home at the delivery time just let us know your preferred time of delivery and we will be more than happy to serve you at your convenience.


    Do you take bulk orders for functiona and parties? Will I get discount on bulk orders?
